“In the last 75 years, we’ve delivered over 100 critical, complex, and state-of-the-art schemes, and our longstanding partnership with the NHS is something that I am extremely proud of. It is a testament to the trusted and collaborative relationships we create, the excellent projects we deliver, and at the heart of it all, the fantastic people that we have at BAM.
“To this very day, we continue to create new facilities across the UK for the NHS. We collaborate with NHS estates teams and clinical staff, bringing their knowledge and expertise together with ours, to create something truly special.
“Back in my days as a Project Manager in the 1990s, I worked at Fazakerley Hospital in Liverpool, now Aintree University Hospital. Decades later the A&E department we created needed an update, and because of our relationship, the hospital came back to us. We’ve now been working back at Aintree Hospital for 12 years, modernising their estate and delivering fantastic new healthcare facilities.
“It’s really motivating to build a new hospital or work on its facilities, and to know that you will be making a difference to so many people, is something really special.
“Here’s wishing the NHS a very happy 75th birthday, and here’s to the next 75!”
