Creating future proofed spaces that support wellbeing and modern ways of working
Our schemes provide sustainable, workplaces that support wellbeing and occupant goals, featuring elements such as roof gardens and yoga terraces, areas for socialising, plus spaces to facilitate greater collaboration and support group and individual working. As the way we work is changing, we are also helping customers to create spaces that deliver over the long term with flexible floor plates and agile office designs.

Achieving net zero
Achieving net zero carbon is a requirement of many new schemes and BAM is working with our clients to achieve this goal, reducing embodied carbon during the build phase and identifying ways to reduce carbon during the operational phase via design and FM interventions.
Ensuring that assets perform as expected is key to achieving carbon, energy and resource usage targets. BAM have extensive experience in delivering Government’s Soft Landings (GSL), which ensures our clients can get the best out of their building and optimise the environmental systems. Our facilities management team also provides building monitoring and analysis to help clients identify how they can improve the performance of their building in relation to areas such as energy and occupant satisfaction.
