Since its inception in 2016, BAM has been awarded 19 schemes via the ProCure22 (P22) framework. The framework supports NHS Trusts to deliver estates projects by providing cost certainty, efficiency, quality and value.

BAM value our place on the ProCure22 framework. It’s structure and focus on collaborative client engagement enables us to deliver the optimum performance for NHS clients.

The framework’s open book approach fosters a culture of best practice and knowledge sharing to ensure a consistency of approach, improved client relationships and strengthened capacity and capability through our supply chain. It also provides a robust and quick procurement process to ensure that NHS clients have confidence that schemes will meet their needs.

Facilitating the adoption of BIM and a standardised approach

To support the framework’s activities, BAM is involved in a number of ProCure22 working groups, which help to facilitate the adoption of tools like BIM and a more standardised way of delivery. We are currently chair of the Standard Component Working Group, which has generated over £14.9m savings through the use of standard components. We also chair the BIM group, which has led to the creation of standard suite of BIM documents to provide consistency in the delivery of BIM under the framework.
