Our People

Jim Ward joined BAM in 1980 as an Apprentice Joiner and has worked at the company for 40 years. His career spans project and construction management roles and he has led many high-profile projects including the Glasgow Riverside Museum, V&A Dundee and BAM’s present Atlantic Square scheme. 

In 2013, he became a Construction Director and since then he has played an integral part in the continued success of the region. Jim brings strong leadership, consistent quality of delivery, and an ability to get the best out of people.
