Justin is a Senior Operations Manager for Charging Solutions and has a passion for delivering customer focused service excellence. He started his career as an electrician and High Voltage switching engineer, gaining the core skills that have provided the perfect grounding to support the Charging Solutions business. He also managed a successful EV charging business in the domestic and commercial sectors, before joining BAM.

Justin is a senior leader with a history of managing diverse business units delivering a range of complex programmes in challenging environments. He has 15 years’ experience in operational leadership, within the construction, telecommunications and security industries in the UK and overseas.
